Thermadyne Changes Name to Victor Technologies

Thermadyne Holdings Corp. has changed its name to Victor Technologies Group Inc. and the name of its  subsidiary, Thermadyne Industries Inc., to Victor Technologies International Inc. Victor is the company’s strongest and most established brand, and it will celebrate its 100th anniversary in the next year.
