Reuben Slone has joined Walgreens as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management. Reporting to President of Community Management, Mark Wagner, Slone will be responsible for distribution, transportation, systems integration and engineering, Lean and Six Sigma supply chain initiatives and community outreach.

“Reuben has deep experience in leading supply chain operations, improving service and efficiency and driving innovation in the management of inventory from distribution centers to the stores,” said Wagner. “He is a great addition to Walgreens leadership team, and we are looking forward to his insights and perspective as we continue to focus on making our distribution system more effective for both our team members and customers.”

  • You can drive for 4 hours in one direction and never leave town.
  • You have over 100 recipes for Mexican food.
  • You know that “dry heat” is comparable to what hits you in the face when you open your oven door.
  • The 4 seasons are: tolerable, hot, really hot, and ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!
