Customer Service: Young Employees Get a Bad Rap

My 11 year old niece showed me this You Tube video tonight and she knew all the words! She just kept saying, this video is great! Love it or hate it, rap music is very appealing to America’s youth. I must admit that I’m not a fan of rap music, but I also have to admit that I found this rap video pretty funny.

Talk about customer service. The girl taking his order never broke her stride! She kept it business as usual and kept her focus on what is vital to the success of any company. Keep your customers happy and you’ll keep your customers coming back!

Anyone willing to bet this idea will end up as a fast food tv commercial? This YouTube video has been viewed over 8 million times on YouTube. That’s right….8 MILLION times!
