Reuben Slone has joined Walgreens as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management. Reporting to President of Community Management, Mark Wagner, Slone will be responsible for distribution, transportation, systems integration and engineering, Lean and Six Sigma supply chain initiatives and community outreach.

“Reuben has deep experience in leading supply chain operations, improving service and efficiency and driving innovation in the management of inventory from distribution centers to the stores,” said Wagner. “He is a great addition to Walgreens leadership team, and we are looking forward to his insights and perspective as we continue to focus on making our distribution system more effective for both our team members and customers.”

Executive Recruiters, Truck Stops, and Employee Retention

If the turnover of employees at your company makes have you feeling like a cook at a truck-stop diner, it’s time to stop and smell the coffee! Employee turnover has nothing to do with the individuals that are leaving your company to work for someone else. Employee turnover has everything to do with what your serving to your most valuable company assets.
