Reuben Slone has joined Walgreens as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management. Reporting to President of Community Management, Mark Wagner, Slone will be responsible for distribution, transportation, systems integration and engineering, Lean and Six Sigma supply chain initiatives and community outreach.

“Reuben has deep experience in leading supply chain operations, improving service and efficiency and driving innovation in the management of inventory from distribution centers to the stores,” said Wagner. “He is a great addition to Walgreens leadership team, and we are looking forward to his insights and perspective as we continue to focus on making our distribution system more effective for both our team members and customers.”

Interview Strategies: 12 Quick Tips That You Should Know

Don’t go on another job interview before you at least know some basic interview strategies. This video highlights 12 important interview tactics, that will help you to make a good first impression. Although, I don’t think it necessary to raise your hand to ask your interviewer a question. I don’t know if that’s what they do in England, but it is certainly not required here in America. Usually, an interviewer will ask you if you have any questions for them, use that opportunity to ask any questions that you have about the company or the position. If they don’t ask you if you have any questions, I would ask the interviewer any questions that you have before the interview ends.

An interviewer asks you questions to find out if you have the skills and personality that would best suit their open position. You should also ask questions to find out if the company and the job are right for you!
