What women in Logistics like the most about their jobs:

What did women report to be the most difficult to deal with in their logistics careers?
- balancing the time they had to devote to work with the time they felt they should devote to their family.56% of the women surveyed reported being married, 27% reported being single, and 17% are in another situation. The survey says ” Fifty-nine percent of those taking part in the survey said they dedicate between 40-50 hours each week to work related activities and 31 percent say they spend 55-65 hours a week with work, and 5 percent said they spend 70 hours or more doing work each week. Of those hours, 67.5 percent said they spend 76-100 percent of their time in the office and less than 30 days away on overnight business trips throughout the year.”
What level of education did the women in logistics report?

- 23% have an MBA
